LLM / GPU infra roles: how to write a verifiable brief

Talent matching · 2026.07.10

Inference engines, CUDA, distributed serving—hot titles fail when requirements stay vague.

“We need an LLM infra person” is rarely enough. Stronger briefs usually include target models and traffic scale, current stack and pain points, engineering outcomes expected in roughly 90 days, and timezone / reporting lines.

Candidates often come from top labs and engineering teams; communication cost is high. The more verifiable the brief, the faster matching—and the clearer the choice between advisor-first and full-time.
